Step by step

Six gentle steps, at your pace

From the first time you find us to the long road of homeschooling — here is the whole arc, with nothing hidden.

1

Discover

You find us through a search, a fellow parent, or our free NIOS toolkit. Read the content, the FAQ, and decide if it resonates — no sign-up wall.

2

Engage

Download the free NIOS roadmap toolkit, or book a free 15-minute discovery call. Either way, you take the first step with zero risk.

3

Qualify — together

On the call, Vishwajith listens, assesses fit honestly, and recommends the right next step — which might be a paid tier, or simply free resources if that’s what you need.

4

Convert

If it’s a fit, you choose a Clarity Session, a Personalised Plan, or Mentorship. We confirm the plan and simple INR payment details over email or WhatsApp — transparent pricing, agreed before anything is paid.

5

Deliver

You complete a short intake questionnaire about your child. We hold the session(s), then deliver a branded, personalised written plan as a private PDF.

6

Retain

Optional mentorship keeps us close through the year — check-ins, async support, plan tweaks — plus our newsletter and parent community for the long road.

Step 5 in detail

What the intake captures

Before we write a single line of your plan, we get to know your child. The intake is how every plan stays specific — never a template.

It takes a few quiet minutes, and it shapes everything that follows. The more honestly you fill it in, the more the plan will speak to your actual life.

  • Your child — name, age/class, current board or school status.
  • Goals & timeline — target NIOS exam year, aspirations, college or career hopes.
  • Learning profile — strengths, struggles, interests; any neurodivergence (optional, consented).
  • Family context — your availability, daily rhythm, budget, location (for study-centre matching).
  • Your biggest worries — free-text, so the plan speaks to what actually keeps you up at night.
If something goes wrong
