Some people choose education. Vishwajith was raised inside it — his parents owned and ran schools, so he grew up watching children learn, helping in classrooms, noticing which kids lit up and which quietly slipped through.
Engineering later taught him to break a daunting problem into a clear, ordered system — exactly what an overwhelmed homeschooling parent needs: not more inspiration, but a structure they can actually follow. Theatre taught him the other half — that learning is also attention, confidence, expression, and the courage to try and fail in front of others.
Growing up among his parents' schools taught him the thing that ties it together: every child is specific. There is no universal template — only this child, with these strengths, these struggles, and this family.
Parents don't need to become teachers overnight. They need a clear plan and a steady partner. My job is to be that partner — honestly.
Vishwajith's conviction is simple: India's most capable, world-ready young people don't have to be made in a classroom. With the right structure, real mentorship and the freedom to go deep, they can be raised at home — on the recognised NIOS pathway.
"Top 1%" here isn't about chasing ranks. It's about character and real capability — curiosity, depth, resilience and the confidence to think for themselves. That is what home, done well, can nurture better than any one-size-fits-all timetable. It takes genuine effort from child and parent — but it is absolutely possible.
Chiguru (ಚಿಗುರು) is Kannada for the first tender leaf a plant unfurls — fragile, full of promise, and growing best when well tended.
Our promise — Home. Hope. Growth. — is the order in which things happen: a safe home first, hope second, and growth from both. It's how children flourish, and how we work with every family.
The principles behind every plan we write.
Every plan starts from how a specific child actually learns — never a one-size template.
